Before summer ends

Dinard, a fresh coastal city in Brittany, where has a bit darker blue than in Nice (only my theory ;p). Dinard is more delicate like The Little Mermaid comparing to southern France which is much stronger and richer. People here are less talktive and enthusiastic but they are politer. In the end of August, there are still many people having their holiday here.

I witnessed this city on two wheels with my own eyes. As soon as I got off the train, I saw 2 huge bike rental points beside the canal, in front of the train station. There are more than 800,000 bycycles in Amsterdam, which means, there are more bikes than people! Cycling is a way of life in Amsterdam. Grandma shoes are sexy

Came back from Amsterdam, but I’m still in my mood “tourist” ;p Athough in Amsterdam it was rainy and chilly, we still had a great trip there. I’ll share with you my days in Amsterdam later. Back in Paris, it was not so hot but sunny. I put on a faux leather strappy top, a striped trousers and a pair of grandma shoes. The low heels made the promenade so agreeable. We started from Tuileries Garden, crossed by Musée du Louvre, ended up at the Pont des Arts… Never get tired of Paris. Paris is always my lover. (more…)
